Inspired by the words of the Dalai Lama, who envisioned the saving of the world through the western woman, I've embraced a mission to redefine this narrative. To me, it's not just about the "western woman"; it's about the AWAKENED western woman. It's in her awakening, grounded in her worth, that I see the potential for global transformation, one woman, one leader, at a time.

My Mission:
My calling settled with a profound realization—the impact of choice. I've learned that genuine empowerment springs from the choice to believe in one's inherent worth. My dedication is to support women and leaders in embracing their enough-ness, realizing that life is woven from a multitude of choices, each contributing to a more vibrant and fulfilling existence.

More Than Words:
With close to two decades of speaking engagements and 15 years devoted to coaching, my journey has been an evolution from the depths of self-doubt to the summits of self-belief. This path has led me to acquire certifications in various disciplines such as yoga, nutrition, coaching, and beyond, serving as markers in my continual pursuit of personal growth.

Beyond the Surface:
Beyond my public engagements, my journey has seen me lead numerous transformative retreats and workshops, and I've been honored as a guest teacher at many more. My sojourns include a transformative six-week experience in Costa Rica, birthed from a personal healing quest and evolved into a profound personal growth and development adventure. My journey as a two-time author began in the serene ambience of Bali, where the pages of my first book came to life.

Giving Back:
Fueling my passion for community and growth, I engage in mentoring young women and serving community ambassador programs. Every speaking engagement I take is part of a 1 for 1 model, where for every organization that hires me, I donate a speaking program to a young women's group, embodying my commitment to supporting women of all ages.

Out of the Spotlight:
Away from the spotlight, I am a self proclaimed silver lining expert always advocating for kindness, forgiveness, and love. My commitment to eco-conscious living is profound, leaning into a zero-waste lifestyle. While shopping isn't a personal delight, dressing up is my way of embracing expression. Witnessing the spark of realization in others is what fuels my passion.

Serendipity blessed me with love, meeting my life partner during our shared volunteering endeavors. These experiences have been the cornerstone, infusing my teachings and beliefs with authenticity and profound depth.
